Why is second-hand good? The garment gets another life. Less new production. Unique finds. Lower price. Those are the answers customers want – and they search for them.
For the shop the answer is also: you do not need to buy stock. Consignment fills the rack. But only if you can handle the admin. Otherwise profit is eaten by Excel and payouts.
